With the report on thursday of the attack in the Ukraine on commercial flight MH17 carrying 192 Dutch passengers, the organizing committee of the Nijmegen FourDays Marches decided to reduce all festivities and musical tributes on this finishing day to a minimum. This in respect to the lives lost.

This 98th edition of the Vierdaagse Nijmegen, was by far the edition with the hottest temperatures measured. On day 3 and day 4 temperature was plus 30 degrees, a true challenge when walking thirty to fifty kilometers a day. Kobe Oser members finished proudly carrying big Morningstar flags!

Kobe Oser wishes to congratulate all new participants and veteran participants with their FourDaysMarch Cross, well done given these extraordinary circumstances! We are also gratefull for the excellent supporting staff and crew along the route, who supported and took care of the participants with fruit and beverages.
